To help ensure your package is delivered smoothly, please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout.
Your shipping address should include all required details, such as street name, street number, building name, apartment or unit number, postal code, city, state or province, and country.
EZDIY-FAB is not responsible for lost, delayed, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Please enter your full name and shipping address in English. For Hong Kong orders, please provide the address in Chinese. If you have a Chinese name, please include it as well.
We do not recommend using PO Box addresses, as some carriers may not be able to deliver to PO Boxes.
Worldwide Shipping
EZDIY-FAB ships worldwide to most countries and regions.
However, delivery may not be available to certain remote areas, restricted locations, military addresses, islands, or regions where our shipping carriers cannot provide service.
If your address is located in a remote area, additional shipping fees or longer delivery times may apply. In rare cases, we may contact you to confirm the shipping cost or cancel and refund the order if delivery is not available.

Orders may ship from our US, Canada, EU, UK, or other international warehouses, depending on product availability and the destination country.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Additional time may be required due to customs clearance, local delivery delays, incorrect address information, public holidays, remote-area delivery, or other factors beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, the goods may be imported on behalf of the consignee / buyer.
The buyer agrees that EZDIY-FAB may arrange the import process directly or through a third-party logistics provider, customs broker, or carrier.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or any other local charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refused Shipments
If an order is refused, rejected, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect address information, failure to collect the package, or any other reason not caused by EZDIY-FAB, the buyer will be responsible for:
- Original shipping fees
- Return shipping fees
- Customs duties, taxes, or handling fees
- Any additional costs charged by the carrier
These costs may be deducted from any refund issued.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Claims
If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date.
We will assist you in contacting the carrier and starting the claim process.
Please note that carrier investigations may take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping provider.
EZDIY-FAB is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Out-of-Stock Items
If your order contains multiple items and one or more items are out of stock, we may ship the available items first.
For out-of-stock items, we may issue a refund to your original payment method or contact you to offer alternative options.
Tracking Information
All orders will be processed after full payment is received.
Once your order has shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your email.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, our customer service team will contact you. You may choose to wait for restocking or cancel the item.
Changing Shipping Address or Cancelling an Order
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at: support@ezdiyfab.com
Please note that some orders are processed and shipped shortly after they are placed. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address or cancel the order.
Please carefully confirm your shipping information before placing your order.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items will be shipped once the product becomes available.
If the estimated release date changes, we will notify you by email.
Multiple-Item Orders
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on warehouse location, stock availability, package size, or shipping method.
You may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number.
